The Sargasso Sea Project, Inc. , a U.S. 501 (c) 3, is a non-for -profit corporation registered in the State of New York. The Sargasso Sea Commission also operates as a tax-exempt limited liability company in Bermuda. Both these entities are led by the following Board of Directors:
